Would you like to consistently look 10 years younger? Do you like the idea of looking 35 at 45, 45 at 55, 55 at 65, and so on?
Of course you do—and that’s where we come in. Certain cosmetic treatments, including many of those we specialize in at our med spa, can help you appear 10 years younger for decades to come. And while there are benefits to many of the cosmetic treatments on the market, some are certainly more beneficial than others—and you’ll thank yourself in 10 years for getting them done sooner than later.
Which cosmetic treatments should you get, and at what point should you have them done? Let’s take a look at a few of our favorites.

1. BBL

Broadband light therapy (BBL) is a noninvasive laser treatment similar to intense pulsed light (IPL), which works by targeting dermal layers underneath the top layer of skin to help encourage the skin to generate new collagen and elastin. This results in tighter, firmer, and more even-looking skin that will help shave years off of your appearance.
BBL treatments are used to treat a wide range of skin-related disorders and concerns, such as rosacea and redness, sunspots and aging, spider veins and other visible blood vessels, the appearance of fine lines, and acne. It’s a fast, effective, minimally invasive procedure that doesn’t require extensive recovery time and offers excellent results. You can begin getting BBL treatments as early as your mid 20s as a preventive measure.

2. BOTOX

BOTOX is the brand name of a protein made from Clostridium botulinum, a type of bacteria that’s used to soften moderate to severe facial wrinkles. These injections work by relaxing the facial muscles you use most often, resulting in softened wrinkles and a more youthful appearance over time. It’s particularly useful for wrinkles between the eyebrows, forehead creases, crow’s feet, and other common complaints that come with aging.
BOTOX is a great nonsurgical option for patients who don’t want to pursue more invasive anti-aging techniques, such as a facelift. Though it’s not a permanent treatment—it lasts 3-6 months—repeated treatments keep the muscles in a state of relaxation and can help them appear much more relaxed over time. You can start getting conservative dosages of BOTOX in your mid 20s  as a preventative measure.

3. Kybella Treatment

Kybella is the first drug approved by the FDA for the treatment of submental fat, also lovingly referred to as “double chin.” It’s comprised of deoxycholic acid, which is a molecule that occurs naturally within the body. When injected into the tissue beneath the chin, Kybella destroys fat cells, as well as their ability to store fat.
This treatment is completely safe and noninvasive, with little to no recovery time following the in-office procedure. Unlike many other cosmetic treatments, Kybella is actually permanent—and at a fraction of the cost of surgical treatments. These treatments can be done on an as-needed basis, and as early as 19. 4. Laser Hair Removal

Unwanted hair on the face or body is one of the most common gripes of both men and women. Laser hair removal, which works by administering pulsating light to the skin, is a great alternative to other common (and often ineffective) hair removal options. The pulsating light during treatment helps to target and destroy individual hair follicles, which permanently prevents new hair growth, meaning the treatment results will last forever!
Laser hair removal is safe and noninvasive, and it completely eliminates the headache that comes with daily shaving, plucking, and/or waxing to remove unwanted hair. You can have laser hair removal at any point in time, as needed.
With the aid of these safe, effective cosmetic treatments, you can shave up to 10 years off of your appearance. By having these treatments done now, you can ensure you’ll look younger than you really are for decades to come—and trust us when we say you’ll thank yourself for it later.
