Checklist to Avoid A Plastic Surgery Face LiftWe do plastic surgery for cosmetic reasons – face lifts, breast augmentations, liposuction, tummy tucks and so forth. However, something we realized about having a plastic surgery face lift, is that people often get better results using other strategies and can avoid plastic surgery altogether – if they follow some simple steps.

Don’t underestimate the power of these steps because if you do put them in place, you will live, look and feel your best both now and in the long-term.

Use our holistic approach to maintaining your natural beauty – it really does work!

Avoid A Plastic Surgery Face Lift If Possible

If you can incorporate these 5 points into a regular lifestyle routine, you’ll sustain and maintain your natural beauty, energy and vitality!

1. Early Prevention

Early prevention is the key to avoiding plastic surgery. As soon as you notice any changes occurring, act on them quickly to minimize long term effects.

For example, if you notice some fine lines appearing between your eyebrows or in the frown area – stop them in their tracks by having some light botox injections.

Or, if you notice your breaking out in blemishes more than usual or have some uneven skin tone – don’t just put up with it. Try a HydraFacial deep cleansing treatment or a Nano Laser Peel.

There are lots of options for keeping your skin healthy and glowing. The key is to take action as early as you can when you notice something different, or if you notice general signs of aging beginning to occur.

2. Eating Healthy

Aim to adopt an everyday healthy eating plan and maintain a healthy weight.

What you eat directly influences the health and quality of your skin. And maintaining a healthy weight prevents skin from stretching.

Eat lots of vegetables and healthy whole foods – these are full of antioxidants that prevent aging. And drink plenty of water.

3. Lifestyle

  • Take a close look at different aspects of your life that may be causing stress. See if you can minimize any stress or implement strategies for stress reduction.
  • Aim for at least 20 minutes of exercise per day. Even a short walk on a daily basis can be enough to experience great benefits.
  • Aim for at least 7 hours of sleep every night, 8-9 hours if possible. Remove distractions such as televisions and technology from your sleeping space and use it as a sanctuary for relaxation and restoration.
  • Give up smoking.
  • Be happy. Every morning when you wake up, think about all the things you love and all the things you’re grateful for in your life.

4. Use Sunscreen

The easiest way to stay protected is to use a daily moisturizer that contains an SPF already, so you don’t have to add steps to your morning routine.

When you wash your face in the morning, dry it gently and then apply your SPF moisturizer. Use a body lotion that contains SPF after your shower, as well, to make sure your entire body is covered.

5. Rejuvenating non invasive treatments

The key to sustaining and maintaining your beauty and reducing the effects of aging is to have regular, scheduled non invasive treatments – botox, fillers, Nano Laser Peel, HydraFacials – things like that. Make your facial treatments routine as part of your lifestyle, just like you do healthy eating and exercise.

For example, you might schedule a HydraFacial treatment bi-weekly or once per month, then have your botox injections every 3-6 months on a regular basis.

That way you’re combining these rejuvenating treatments into your long-term prevention strategy, sustaining and maintaining your natural beauty.

This is what it means to take a holistic approach. It really is the best way to live, look and feel your best everyday.
